摘要
目的:在小型医院开展临床药学服务,促进临床用药更加安全、有效、经济、合理。方法:通过药学咨询、参与治疗、合理用药三个方面,在小型医院进行临床药学服务工作实践。结果:临床药师通过上述药学服务实践,比较好的促进了我院临床合理用药。结论:临床药师在促进小型医院合理用药、减少药物不良反应、降低不合理费用支出等方面发挥了很好的作用。
OBJECTIVE To promote safety, efficacy, economy and reasonability of clinical medication by performing clinical pharmacology care in small scale hospitals. METHODS Clinical pharmacology care were provided in small scale hospitals by pharmaceutical consultation, participating in treatment, and rational medication. RESULTS Clinical pharmacology care by clinical pharmacists greatly promoted rational medication in our hospital. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists play an important role in promoting rational medication, reducing adverse drug reactions, and decreasing irrational expenses.
