摘要
在对高精度精密离心机性能进行评价时,离心机空气主轴的回转误差和倾角误差是两个关键的考核指标;为了能够同时对空气主轴的回转误差和倾角误差进行测量,在三点法回转误差测量与分离技术的基础上,提出了一种两层三点法回转误差测量方法;针对该方法,设计了测试系统的软硬件结构,并基于PXI总线搭建了测试系统的硬件部分,在Labview开发环境下开发了误差测量与分离软件;利用该系统对在10-6级精密离心机的空气主轴回转级倾角误差进行了测试,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。
When evaluate the performance of the high precision centrifuge, the rotary and tilt error of air spindle are two important indi cators. For measuring the rotary and tilt error of air spindle at the same time, a two layer three point test method for rotary error test of air spindle is presented base on the traditional three point rotary error method. Software and hardware construct for this method are designed. Moreover, the hardware part is realized base on PXI while the software part is realized base on Labview. The experiment on the 10--6 preci sion centrifuge verify that the method presented in this paper is effectiveness and feasibility.
