摘要
功能性消化不良是一组临床常见证候群,其病因病机复杂,发病率及复发率长期居高不下。越来越多的研究表明本病的复发、诱发及加重与情志失调密切相关,中医史学也有大量关于肝与脾胃相关性的记载,为从疏肝论治功能性消化不良提供了充分的理论依据,近年来许多学者在此基础上做了大量的研究。作者将近5年从疏肝论治功能性消化不良的研究进行综述、分析,并发现目前存在的问题。
Functional dyspepsia is a common clinical disorder with complex etiology and pathogenesis. The morbidity and re- currence rate have been continuously increasing. Several studies showed the relapse, inducement and aggravation were related to patients＇ irregular emotion. The historiography of traditional Chinese medicine with a large number of the records illustrated the liver and spleen correlation, and besides, recently many researchers have done a lot of studies in these areas. The latest five - year studies of functional dyspepsia treatment based on dispersing stagnated liver qi principle were concluded and discussed in this review.
