摘要
柱式断路器用复合套管需要耐受断路器开断后SF6分解产物的腐蚀作用,笔者使用断路器单次短路电流开断和连续短路电流开断后的SF6气体,开展了内壁涂覆聚四氟乙烯复合套管的加速腐蚀试验,加速腐蚀后的复合套管通过工频电压试验和雷电冲击电压试验,以及吸附剂完全失效的极端情况下的绝缘性能验证试验。试验结果表明,内壁涂覆聚四氟乙烯的复合套管耐腐蚀性能理论上可以满足断路器的性能要求。
The composite bushing used for live tank circuit breaker endures the corrosion of SF6 decomposition products. In this study, accelerated corrosion test was conducted on the composite bushing with PTFE coated on its inner wall in the environments of the gases from single short-circuit current breaking and repeated short-circuit current breaking, respectively. Subsequently, the composite bushing after the accelerated corrosion test passed the power-frequency voltage test, the lightning impulse voltage test,and the insulation performance verification test in the extreme condition of complete failure of adsorbent. Test results show that the composite bushing coated with PTFE can withstand the corrosion of SF6 decomposition products.
