摘要 周公的禁酒思想集中体现在《酒诰》这篇诰词中。周公禁酒引领酒文化走上了顺乎礼仪、合乎礼德的轨道,巩固了西周初期的新生政权,也对后世的酒文化产生了深远的影响。这些影响丰富了酒文化的内涵,保证了酒文化正确的发展方向。研究周公禁酒,可以增加对酒文化发展规律的认识,也有助于重新认识禁酒的文化意义与社会价值。 Duke Zhou’s thoughts on temperance were mostly embodied in a written admonition—Wine Admonition. Wine Admonition had led wine culture on the way of etiquette and morality and it had far-reaching impacts on later wine culture (these impacts had enriched the connota-tion of wine culture and guaranteed its development on the right way). Meanwhile, the temperance enacted by Duke Zhou played an important role in consolidating the newly-born West Zhou Dynasty. The research on the temperance enacted by Duke Zhou may enhance our cognition of the development rules of wine culture and direct us a new understanding of the cultural significance and social value of wine temperance.
