摘要 针对步进式冷床在切分轧制小规格带肋钢筋时出现的问题,如:裙板辊道上出现追尾、乱钢现象;轧件在齿槽内翻转、缠绕、无法矫直;齿条齿形、齿距不适合切分生产;轧件在冷床本体上挠度大,出现波浪弯;对齐辊道难对齐;冷床输出装置故障多等,对其进行了原因分析,并对冷床输入辊道、矫直板、齿条、对齐辊道等提出了相应设计改进措施,满足了生产工艺的需求。 In view of the problems, such as chaotic steel on apron roller, piece winding in the rack groove and unable straightening, rack groove shape and distance unreasonable, piece large deflection and wave bending on cooling bed, alignment difficulty, many failures of cooling bed output device , etc. of the walking-beam type cooling bed for the small size ribbed bar produced by splitting rolling technology, the causes were analyzed, and the design improving measures for cooling bed input roller, straightening plate, rack, alignment roller, etc. were put forward. It could meet the needs of production process.
