摘要
针对棒材冷床制动裙板长轴连接存在结构挠性和安装间隙造成的结构刚度低、同步性能差等问题,以及制动裙板液压缸动作快、行程短、频繁换向产生的液压冲击等问题,提出了两种液压控制原理,即常规阀液压控制回路和比例阀液压控制回路.现场测试和实践表明,两种液压控制原理都能满足实际性能要求,较好地解决了同步性能和液压冲击等问题,具有良好的实用价值,为棒材冷床制动裙板液压控制系统的设计、调试和维护提供有益参考.
Aiming at the problems of low structural rigidity and poor synchronization performance caused by structural flexibility and installation clearance in the long shaft connection of braking aprons of bar cooling bed,as well as the hydraulic shock caused by quick action,short stroke and frequent reversing of hydraulic cylinder of braking aprons,two hydraulic control principles,namely the hydraulic control circuits of both conventional and proportional valves,were proposed.Spot test and practice show that these two hydraulic control principles can meet the actual performance requirements,solve the problems of synchronization and hydraulic shock,and have good practical value,providing a useful reference for the design,debugging and maintenance of hydraulic control system of braking aprons of bar cooling bed.
