摘要
目的:观察扶正化纤散对乙型肝炎纤维化患者肝功能指标及血清纤维化指标的影响。方法:选取慢性乙型肝炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组给予还原型谷胱甘肽片口服治疗,治疗组给予自拟扶正化纤散治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为86.7%,对照组有效率为73.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后肝功能各项指标、肝纤维化各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正化纤散治疗乙型肝炎纤维化临床疗效显著,能有效保护肝功能,使肝纤维化能够溶解重吸收。
Objective：To observe the influence of Fu Zheng Hua Xian Powder （FZHXP） on liver function index and blood serum fibrosis index of patients with hepatitis B fibrosis. Methods：Sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group ,with 30 eases in each group. The patients in the control group were given reduced glutathi- one tablets for oral administration, while the ones in the treatment group were given self-proposed FZHXP. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7% ,while that of the control group was 73.3% ;The treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, each liver function index and blood serum fibrosis index in the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： FZHXP has obvious clinical curative effect on greatly protecting liver function and making liver fibrosis dissolved and ＇absorbed again.
