摘要
目的:观察三甲消癥饮治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:60例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者,用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组应用肌苷片0.4 g/次,3次/d;肝泰乐片0.2 g/次,3次/d,口服。可根据总胆红素(TBIL)及丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)情况,选择门冬氨酸钾镁或甘利欣,加入10%葡萄糖250 mL中,1次/d静滴。治疗组在对照组基础上加用三甲消癥饮,1剂/d,水煎服。两组均30 d为1疗程,2疗程后统计疗效。结果:两组疗效比较:对照组平均秩次为24.33,治疗组平均秩次为33.59。Mann-Whitney U统计量为276.50,Wilcoxon W为486.50,Z检验统计量为Z=-2.116,P=0.034(双侧),两组疗效有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组为90.00%,对照组为65.00%,两组比较P=0.018,有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论:三甲消癥饮治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化,可挽救濒临死亡的肝细胞,逆转和阻断肝纤维化,且不良反应小,依从性好。
Objective：To observe the effect of top three away disease drink chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods：60 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis patients,according to order a doctor with random number table method random（2-1） is divided into two groups.Control group application both inosine piece of 0.4 g/time,three times/d;Liver Thai music piece of 0.2 g/time,three times/d,oral.But according to TBIL and ALT circumstance,choose nmda potassium,magnesium or GanLiXin adding 10% glucose 250 mL,a/d static drops.The treatment group based in the control group combined with sanjiaxiaozheng drink,1 pay/d,water frying clothing.Two groups are 30 d for a period of treatment,and 2 course statistics curative effect.Results：The two groups：control group rank result was an average of 24.33 times,the treatment group was 33.59 times the average rank.Mann-Whitney U statistics for 276.50,486.50,Z Wilcoxon W of test statistics for Z=2.116,P=0.034（bilateral）,two groups of curative effect was significant difference,the treatment group than in control group;The total effective rate of treatment group is 90.00% and 65.00% in control group,two groups of comparisons：χ2=5.566,ν=1,P=0.018,there are significant differences,the treatment group than in control group.Conclusion：The top three away disease drink chronic hepatitis b liver fibrosis,can save the dying liver cell,reverse and blocking fibrosis,and side effects of small,compliance,worth further study.Clinical
