摘要
从教育的视角、技术发展与应用的维度,论证了MOOC不是新生事物,而是信息技术发展与应用的当下状态;MOOC不是课程,更不能取代学校教育,而是具有一定教学功能的教学资源网络传送形式;MOOC的名校、开放教学资源策略在当下教育改革中具有重要启示作用,也是推进教育公平的重要手段;在MOOC应用中,重点应把握MOOC传输陈述性知识的优势,构建网上开放教学资源平台,促进优质教学资源共享,推进教育的现代化进程。
From the perspective of education, dimension of technology application and development,the paper demonstrates that MOOC is not a new thing,but the current state of development and application of information technology;MOOC is not a course,which cannot replace school education, but a network-based transmission form of teaching resources with some instructional functions.The strategy of MOOCs,open teaching resources provided by prestigious universities,both has important implications for education reform at present and is an important means to promote educational equity.In the application of MOOCs,we should focus on MOOC＆#39;s advantage in declarative knowledge transmission, build an open online platform of teaching resources,and promote the sharing of high-quality teaching resources and the modernization of education.
