摘要
将混凝土粗细集料全部取代为高钛重矿渣材料,分析高钛重矿渣钢筋混凝土的结构性能。试验设计出高钛重矿渣钢筋混凝土柱,分析其轴压性能,并和普通钢筋混凝土柱进行对比。研究表明:高钛重矿渣混凝土的力学性能指标高于普通混凝土,具有较高的界面能;高钛重矿渣钢筋混凝土柱和普通钢筋混凝土柱的结构性能相似,但极限受压承载力比普通钢筋混凝土柱提高了29.68%。认为高钛重矿渣钢筋混凝土结构满足结构设计的要求。
A comparative study was conducted on the high titanium heavy slag concrete,which all the aggregates were replaced with the high titanium heavy slag. The bearing capacity of high titanium heavy slag reinforced concrete columns were analyzed. The test results show the mechanical property and the interficial energy of high titanium heavy slag reinforced concrete is higher than common rein-forced concrete,and the columns of high titanium heavy slag reinforced concrete share the similar structural behavior with common rein-forced concrete.The application of high titanium heavy slag reinforced concrete columns increases the axial bearing capacity by 29.68%. Results reveal that the high titanium heavy slag reinforced concrete meets the requirements of the structural design completely.
