摘要
通过对汉中市农村房屋实地调查,统计出汉中农村房屋的主体承重结构类型、抗震构造设防措施和建房场地条件情况,依据《农村危险房屋鉴定技术导则》,对辖区内常见的生土结构、木结构、砖木结构、砖混结构和框架结构房屋的危险性等级进行了定性鉴定,对辖区内抗震性能较好的砖砌体结构房屋的危险性等级进行了定性和定量鉴定,确定出房屋安全等级,最后针对农村房屋中的安全问题,给出了意见,旨在为农村危房改造和抗震加固提供参考。
Through field studies on rural housing in Hanzhong, statistics of the type of load-bearing structure, seismic fortification measures and building construction site conditions of dilapidated rural houses were illustrated. On the basis of technical specification of rural dilapidated housing, danger classes of several common types of housing, such as timber houses, brick houses, brick-timber houses, brick-concrete houses and framed structure houses were proposed. The qualitative and quantitative appraisal of masonry structure and housing with better seismic performance was conducted to determine the security level of houses. Eventually the constructive suggestions were proposed for security issues in rural houses to provide a reference for rural reconstruction and seismic reinforcement.
