摘要
RDA的产生使整个世界的编目工作发生了一场变革。RDA的国际化背景和国际化前景使RDA有望成为数字环境下新的国际编目标准。在中国要实施RDA必须做好四个方面的本土化准备工作。
RDA makes the cataloging work of the whole world has undergone a change. RDA internationalization background and international prospect probably make RDA become the New International Cataloguing standards under the digital environment. In ordor to implement RDA in China we must do preparatory work in four aspects of the localization.
