摘要
随着中国科技水平、现代信息技术的发展,作为科技传播载体的期刊面临越来越激烈的竞争。期刊的实力主要由稿源质量、审稿专家资源、编辑队伍素质及办刊软硬件环境等因素决定。在期刊国际化背景下,通过开放来稿渠道、主动约稿等措施可有效提高高校学报稿源质量,利用互联网技术扩大审稿专家资源是保证高校学报质量的重要环节,提高编辑人员素质将使高校学报具有持续的生命力,良好的制度建设是高校学报发展的先决条件,软硬件设施的改进会为高校学报的发展提供有力保障。
Periodicals, as the carrier of scientific and technical communication, is facing more and more serious competition with the development of China science and Technology and especially modern information technology. The periodical strength mainly lies in the article quality; peer reviewer resource; editor team and the soft and hard environment. Under the periodical internationalization background, some measures such as opening article channel; active soliciting contributions can effectively improve the quality of journal articles. To enlarge peer reviewer resource by use of internet is an important step to guarantee journal quality. To im- prove editor＂ quality can make journal keep durative vitality. Well - established system is the precondition of journal development. And the improvement of soft and hard condition will provide powerful guarantee for journal development.
