摘要
如今的绝大多数企业都必须要通过物流来支持自身的运营,但物流在现代已经发展成为了一门学科,其体系结构非常之复杂,必须要对其进行有效的管理,才能保障物流的顺畅、及时,才能降低物流以及企业整体运营的成本,转而言之这是决定企业市场竞争力的关键,所以提高企业物流管理的质量就显得意义重大。文中基于作者自身的实际工作经验,首先简单分析了现代企业物流管理的重要性,然后主要对如何提高现代企业的物流管理质量提出了部分探讨性意见,以期能对现代企业的长远、稳定发展起到促进作用。
logistics has developed into a discipline in the modern world,its architecture is very complex,must to carry on the effective management, logistics can guarantee the smooth, timely, in order to reduce the cost of logistics and enterprise operation.The based on the author＇s own experience,beginning with a brief analysis the importance of logistics management in modern enterprises,then mainly on how to improve the quality of logistics management of modern enterprise, proposed some suggestions,in order to promote the long-term and stable development of modern enterprise.
