摘要
目前,国内企业在物流管理方面还存在很多不足,制约了企业的快速发展,因此深入研究和推进企业物流管理的创新和改革迫在眉睫。首先分析了现代企业物流管理的存在问题,然后提出了一些有效的提高物流管理水平的措施,旨在加强与同行的沟通交流,提高企业物流管理的工作效率,充分发挥物流管理作用,提高企业经济效益。
