摘要
制度变迁是一个复杂且无法预见的过程。在新制度主义和制度演化论中,政府间竞争一般不予以讨论,但政府间竞争又是中国改革开放以来取得巨大成就的重要原因之一,是"生成"有中国特色的市场社会主义体制的重要机制。探寻中国制度变迁动力,应该把政府间竞争纳入分析框架。
Institutional changes is highly complex and unpredictable. Competition was considered a constant in either New Institu-tionalism or Evolutionary Institutionalism and thus does not receive proper attention. However, government competition is essential to understand China's miracle. A socialist market system with Chinese characteristic was born amid governmental competition, which made a core independent variable in China 's institutional changes.
