摘要
三氯化铁能够有效地催化吲哚取代γ-羟基内酰胺中羟基形成新的C-C键.反应可能是通过N-酰亚胺离子历程进行.该反应能够在短时间内形成高产率的γ-取代内酰胺,反应条件温和,稳定性好,可规模放大.
An efficient FeC13-catalyzed nucleophilic substitution reaction of Y-hydroxylactams with in- doles has been developed. The reaction proceeded through an intermediary N-acyliminium ion and provid- ed substituted Y-lactams in excellent yields and in a very short reaction time. Meanwhile, the reaction could be stably scaled up in the mild condition.
