摘要
研究了以三氯化铁为催化剂,催化蔗糖转化为乙酰丙酸的反应,考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对乙酰丙酸产率的影响。实验结果表明,当蔗糖浓度为100 g.L-1时,较好的反应条件为催化剂用量0.15 mol.L-1,反应温度200℃,反应时间60 m in,乙酰丙酸的产率为63.8%。
Production of levulinie acid from sucrose catalyzed by ferric chloride was studied, and the effect of different factors such as amount of catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time on the yield of levulinic acid was examined. Results show that the preferable reaction condition was as follows : amount of ferric chloride used 0. 15 mol · L^-1, reaction temperature 200℃, reaction time 60 min, the molar yield of levulinie acid was 63.8% in the eoncentration of sucrose 100 g · L^-1.
