摘要
随着产业和人口的快速发展,作为国民经济重要增长动力的县域经济体面临着越来越突出的土地资源紧张态势。本文以陕西省富平县土地资源节约集约利用问题研究为例,在该县土地资源利用现状分析,广州、苏州、上海等地的土地资源节约集约利用案例研究的基础上,提出该县土地资源节约集约利用建议,以期为同类县域经济土地资源节约集约利用提供参考借鉴。
With the rapid industrial development and population growth, county-level economies as an important driving force of the national economic growth are faced with intensive and economic utilization of land resources increasingly tense demand situation of land resources. Taking the in Fuping County in Shanxi Province as a case study, this paper analyzes the situation of land resource utilization in the county, studies the cases of intensive and economic utilization of land resources in Guangzhou, Suzhou and Shanghai, and accordingly makes some suggestions on intensive and economic utilization of land resources in the hope of providing reference to similar counties.
