摘要
设计人员应该从宏观上把握结构设计的关键因素,综合考虑结构的安全性、适用性、耐久性及施工周期等要素,有效地避免设计重大修改导致的人力资源浪费。本文结合贵阳市金阳新区的一个低层住宅群项目,通过方案对比,探讨了结构方案设计对基础影响的要素,可供同行参考。
In order to effectively avoid design major changes grasp the key factors from the structure design, considering caused waste of human resources, designers should the structure safety, serviceability, durability and construction cycle and other factors. Combined with a Low-rise residential group project of Jinyang New District of Guiyang City, this paper makes preliminary study on the structural scheme design influence to the foundation through scheme comparison, which will provide reference for counterparts
