摘要
目的探讨LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法选择100例宫颈糜烂患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用微波治疗,观察组采用LEEP刀治疗。观察两组患者手术情况,评定治疗后临床效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后出血量分别和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为98.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后恢复快等优势,临床效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of LEEP knife treatment on cervical erosion. Methods 100 cases with cervical erosion patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The microwave treatmentwas used to the control group,The LEEP knife treatmentwas given to the observation group. The operation conditions was observed in the two groups,the the clinical effect after treatment in the two groups were evaluated. Results The operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative bleeding in the observation group compared with those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 98%in the observation group,The total effective rate was 80% in the control group.The total effective rate in observation group is higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The advantages of LEEP knife treatment on cervical erosion are shorter operation time,less bleeding,rapid recovery after operation,the clinical efficacy is significant,the therapy is worthy of reference.
