摘要
提出了一种改进的微网黑启动控制策略,选取柴油发电机和蓄电池作为黑启动微源,采用并行恢复方式对微网进行黑启动。采用改进的下垂控制和PQ控制作为微源的控制策略,使微网黑启动过程中保持微源的电压和频率稳定,以及对微源输出功率的精确控制。设计了一种组网控制器,优化黑启动微源的并联组网,使组网更加稳定可靠。通过仿真验证了该黑启动控制策略的可靠性和可操作性。
A kind of improved micro-grid black-start control strategy was put forward by using diesel generator and battery as the black-start micro source; parallel recovery mode was used to carry on micro-grid black-start. The improved droop control and PQ control as control strategy for micro sources were used to maintain the voltage and frequency stability of micro sources, and the output power was accurately controlled. A kind of network controller was designed to make the network more stabe and reliable. The black-start with parallel networking of trickle source was optimized. The effectiveness and feasibility of the black-start control strategy were proved by the experimentation.
