摘要
电力系统大面积停电事故后的黑启动方案研究,是保证电力系统安全运行的重要课题。文章分析了电力系统黑启动过程中恢复空载长距离架空线路时,出现内部过电压的机理,建立了过电压仿真计算模型,并结合实际,应用电力系统通用计算软件进行仿真,校核黑启动方案实施过程中出现的工频电压升高和操作过电压,有助于制定切实可行的黑启动方案。
The research on power system black-start after large-scale electric interruption is an important subject for ensuring the secure operation of power systems. The mechanism of internal overvoltage in restoring the non-loaded long distance overhead line during the power system black-start process is analyzed,and the calculation model of overvoltage is established.The general software for simulation of power systems is applied to calculate power frequency overvoltage and switching overvoltage for checking. This study is useful for formulating practical black-start schemes.
