摘要
目的探讨瑞芬太尼与芬太尼在全身麻醉中应用效果及安全性。方法选取2013年5月~2014年3月本院选择各类外科手术患者65例作为研究对象,所有患者随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例。观察两组患者麻醉前后生命指征变化,同时记录停药后的唤醒、拔管时间,手术时间、麻醉时间、定向力恢复时间。结果观察组麻醉前后心率,收缩压及舒张压变化不大,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);对照组麻醉后心率,收缩压及舒张压明显高于麻醉前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对照组麻醉后心率,收缩压及舒张压高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组患者的手术时间及麻醉时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);而观察组的唤醒时间及定力回复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在全身麻醉中,芬太尼与瑞芬太尼都有着显著麻醉疗效,而瑞芬太尼可明显提高患者术后苏醒速度,减轻术后疼痛发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of remifentanil and fentanyl in general anesthesia applied to compare. Methods 65 cases of patients withvarious types of surgical operation choice as the research object From 2013 May to 2014 March in our hospital were collected and randomly divided all patients into observation group 33 cases and control group with 32 cases.Life sign changes were observed before and afteranesthesia in two groups of patients,while recording the wake,extubation time after stopping drug,operation time,anesthesia time,orientation recovery time were all observed. Results The observation group before and after anesthesia heart rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure changes little(P〉0.05);control group after anesthesia,heart rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure was significantly higher than that of before anesthesia,significant difference(P〈0.05).The control group after anesthesia,heart rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure and Huiping higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Comparison and the time of anesthesia operation time of twogroups of patients,no significant difference(P〉0.05);and the observation group wake time and concentration response time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In anesthesia,remifentanil with fentanyl anesthesia has obvious curative effect,sufentanil can obviously improve the postoperative patients with speed,reduce the incidence of postoperative pain,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
