纤维调理对污水厂污泥脱水性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以污水厂浓缩污泥和厌氧消化污泥为研究对象,探究纤维材料单独及其与絮凝剂壳聚糖联合调理对污泥脱水性能的影响规律。结果表明,砂浆纤维单独或与絮凝剂壳聚糖共调理上述两种污水厂污泥均能够降低其比阻、提高泥饼的渗透性,有利于污泥的脱水;在各工况下,纤维调理污泥的Zeta电位及平均粒径均未呈现规律性变化,且波动小于11.04%,表明砂浆纤维没有参与污泥絮凝调理的化学过程;纤维单独或与絮凝剂共调理对污泥比阻、Zeta电位及粒径分布的影响特征表明,砂浆纤维与絮凝剂的作用相互独立,但具有改善污泥可脱水性的协同效应。 In order to explore the effect of fiber separately/co-conditioning with chitosan on sewage sludge, this study had utilizedthe thickened and digested sludge of sewage plant as research object. The results showed that two conditioning methods on two sludges of sewage plant could both reduce its SRF and improve the permeability of filter cake, and was beneficial to sludge dewatering. The Zeta potential and floc size of all test conditions had no regular variations with the fluctuation less than 11.04% after pretreating the chitosan flocculated sludge with fiber. These indicated that fiber had not join the chemical interaction between sludge colloids and chitosan. The distribution characteristics of SRF, Zeta potential and floc size showed that the fibre had no interaction with ehitosan but had cooperative effect on the improvement of sludge dewaterability.
