摘要
目的:探讨在校男护生心理弹性状况并分析其影响因素,为提高男护生心理弹性及其心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法:通过方便取样,采用自制一般情况问卷、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对5所本科大学208名男护生进行调查。结果:男护生心理弹性平均分为(65.56±15.23)分,处于中等水平,将与男护生心理弹性有统计学意义的因素作为自变量,以心理弹性作为因变量,进行多元线性逐步回归,其中与同学的关系(β=-0.580)、学习成绩(β=-0.156)、父亲文化水平(β=0.132)进入回归方程(F=45.281,P<0.001)。结论:与同学的关系是影响男护生心理弹性的最重要因素,其次为男护生学习成绩和其父亲的文化水平,学校、家庭以及社会可以多关注影响男护生心理弹性的这些因素,并考虑采取相应的措施,提高男护生心理弹性水平。
Objective：To investigate the status of male nursing students＇resilience and its influencing factors,and provide theoretical basis to enhance male nursing students＇ resilience and mental health. Methods：By convenience sampling, two hundred and eight male nursing students from five universities were surveyed with the self-made general questionnaire and Connor- Davidson resilience questionnaire （ C D - RISC ）. Results：The score of male nursing students＇resilience was （65.56 ±15.23 ）, it was in the medium level. Regard factors which had statistically significant with male nursing students＇ resilience as the independent variables, resilience as the dependent variable, multiple linear stepwise regression showed the relationship with other students （β= -0. 580）, academic record （β = -0. 156 ）, fathers＇ knowledge level （β = 0. 132 ） entered the regression equation （ F = 45. 281, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： Relationship with other students is the most important influencing factor of resilience status of male nursing students, next are their academic record and lathers＇knowledge level. We can consider these three factors into the intervention of male nursing students＇ resilience.
