摘要
目的:探讨慢性间歇低氧和牙周炎对大鼠血清和牙龈中瘦素和CRP含量的影响。方法:32只SD健康大鼠随机分为4组,常氧对照组,牙周炎组(CP),慢性间歇低氧组(CIH),复合组(CP+CIH)。用ELISA法检测血清和牙龈组织中瘦素和CRP的水平。结果:牙周炎组和CIH组大鼠血清和牙龈的CRP水平均高于常氧对照组,差异有统计学意义,其中复合组的含量最高;牙周炎和CIH组大鼠的血清瘦素水平高于常氧对照组,相反,牙龈的瘦素水平低于常氧对照组,差异有统计学意义,复合组的牙龈瘦素水平最低。结论:慢性间歇低氧可促进血清和牙龈中CRP含量升高,血清中瘦素含量增加,而牙龈中瘦素含量减少。并且加重了牙周的破坏程度。
Objective:To study the effect of chronic intermittent hypoxia and periodontitis on leptin and CRP levels of serum and gingival. Method:Randomly divided 32 healthy rats into four groups,control group,chronic periodontitis(CP) group,chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) group,composite (CP+CIH) group. Using ELISA method to detect the levels of leptin and CRP in serum and gingival tissue. Result:The CRP level of serum and gingival in periodontitis and CIH group were higher than control group,a statistically significant difference. The level of composite group was the highest. The leptin level of serum in periodontitis and CIH group were higher than control group. On the contrary,the leptin level of gingival was lower than control group,a statistically significant difference .The level of composite group was the lowest. Conclusion:Periodontitis and chronic intermittent hypoxia can influence the level of CRP and leptin in serum and gingival.Hypoxia can aggravate periodontitis.
