桥梁铰缝修复新工艺及实施后检测结果分析

摘要 在当前公路交通重载频繁的情况下,常见的浅、直、小空心板梁因铰缝结构先天抗剪、横向传力能力不足,易出现损坏,严重时形成单梁受力,危及桥梁的运营安全。常规的维修工艺达不到修复效果或费时、费力。介绍一种新的维修工艺,预先检测、确定受损的铰缝结构,进而对受损处板梁铰缝间灌注结构胶以达到维修目的。通过对上海市郊环线一座实桥采用常规和新的维修工艺前后进行铰缝检测,对比分析后得出:在不封闭交通情况下,新工艺维修的铰缝结构能达到预期的修复效果。 The current highway traffic overloads frequently, common in shallow, straight, small hollow plate beam hinge joints structure inherent shear, lateral force transmission capacity is insufficient, easy to cause damage, single beam forming badly, endanger the safe operation of the bridge. Common repair process cannot reach reasonable effects or with time-consuming & laborious cost. Through the introduction of a new repair process, pre-testing to determine the damaged hinge joints structure, and then pouring the structure glue into the damaged slab hinge joint to arrive at repair effects. With a practical bridge in suburb of Shanghai, before and after the use of conventional and new repair process of hinge joint detection, the comparative analysis shows that the new repair process can achieve repair effects under the open transportation condition.
