摘要 采用极谱式溶解氧电极,以LPC1768为核心处理器,设计了一种高精度溶解氧测量仪,详细介绍了溶解氧检测系统的组成、溶解氧测量仪的工作原理以及检测系统各模块电路和对应的功能模块软件的设计过程.分析了对溶解氧测量有影响的温度、压力和盐度三个参数并给出相关的修正公式,采用24位高精度A/D转换芯片ADS1255以及在软件上的根据修正公式进行多参数补偿,提高了测量精度.针对使用的环境,应用一套电源管理策略使该溶解氧测量仪能够节能、稳定地在海洋环境中工作. Using polarographic dissolved oxygen electrode and LPC1768 as core processor, a high- precision oxygen measuring instrument was designed. The composition of the dissolved oxygen monitoring system, the principle of the measuring instrument and system modules hardware circuit and software process were introduced in detail. Temperature, pressure and salinity of three parameters which have effect on dissolved oxygen were analyzed and the correction formula were given, then the 24 bits high-precision A/D converter chip ADS1255 was used and multi- parameter compensation was applied in software and the precision is improved. It can be seen that based on a power management strategy the sensor worked efficiently and stably in the marine environment.
