摘要
针对极谱式溶解氧传感器常见的前端检测电路在电磁噪声较高的环境中出现输出噪声恶化,系统稳定性降低等问题,设计了一种高精度的极谱式溶解氧传感器检测电路,通过良好的元器件选型和信号调理措施,保证了在不同应用环境下的检测电路输出信号的准确度性和稳定。该检测电路配合溶解氧传感器,获得的输出电平信号与水体溶解氧含量之间有良好的线性度,检测水体溶解氧含量范围为0~20mg/L,在有效检测范围内的灵敏度为16.5mV/(mg/L),输出信号信噪比达到120dB。该检测电路后级可以直接连接16/24Bit的数据采集系统,从而快速构建具有较高的精度与可靠性水体溶解氧测量系统,经测试检测溶氧量的满量程相对误差小于0.5%。
In this paper,a high-precision polarographic dissolved oxygen sensor detection circuit is designed for the front-end detection circuit of the polarographic dissolved oxygen sensor,which has the problem of output noise deterioration and system stability degradation in the environment with high electromagnetic noise.Good component selection and signal conditioning measures ensure the accuracy and stability of the output signal of the detection circuit under different application environments.The detection circuit cooperates with the dissolved oxygen sensor to obtain a good linearity between the output level signal and the dissolved oxygen content of the water body.The dissolved oxygen content of the detected water body ranges from 0to 20mg/L,and the sensitivity within the effective detection range is 16.5mV/(mg/L),the output signal to noise ratio of 120dB.The detection circuit can be directly connected to the 16/24Bit data acquisition system to quickly build a water-dissolved oxygen measurement system with high accuracy and reliability.The relative error of the measured dissolved oxygen is less than 0.5%.
