摘要
针对传统的双螺杆压缩机转子型线的正向设计方法,计算过程繁琐复杂,且不能预先判断型线综合性能的问题,研究了通过设计啮合线反求阴阳转子型线的反向设计方法。建立反向设计时阴阳转子的坐标转换关系,并从理论上给出了阴阳转子型线反向设计过程,分别以直线、圆弧、三次B样条曲线为啮合线段实现阴阳转子型线反向设计。在深入研究啮合线与螺杆转子型线间关系的基础上,应用反向设计优化现有螺杆转子型线。应用实例表明,所提出的反向设计方法用于优化改进啮合线快速、有效、可行。
Aiming at the calculation process is cumbersome and complex, and the performance of profile can not be predicted during the traditional screw compressor rotor profile generation method, a reverse design which satarts with designing meshing line first and then rotor profiles are calculated is researched. After the transformation equations between coordinates of the male and female rotors are given, the theoretically detailed procedure of reverse design of screw rotors is presented. Then corresponding rotor profile equations are expressed by calculating from meshing line respectively consisted of straight line, arc and cubic B-spline curve. On the basis of deep research of relationship between meshing line and rotor profile, reverse design is applied to optimize existing rotor profile. The result of application example indicates that using reverse design to ameliorate meshing line is fast, effective and feasible.
