摘要
服务区的经营收入也是高速公路收益的重要组成部分,在以往高速公路建设的前期研究工作中,更多的是对高速公路收费收入的测算,对服务区的财务效益分析不多。本文通过分析服务区使用过程中产生的效益及经营成本,对服务区的财务效益测算方法进行分析。
The operating income of service area is an important part of income of freeway. In the preliminary studies of freeway construction in the past, the study on the estimates of freeway toll revenues is more, but on the financial benefits of analysis service area is less. By analyzing the efficiency and operating cost of the service area generated in the use process, this article analyzes the estimate methods of financial benefits of the service area.
