摘要
企业财务部门是进行预算编制、成本核算、资金管理、费用报销、税价核算与管理、效益测算、财务分析和执行考核的职能部门。文中从实施集中报销,推动费用标准化建设出发,分析了企业加强预算管理、费用标准化和促进财务管理提升的方法。
Financial department in enterprise is a functional department conducting budgeting,cost accounting,fundsmanagement,expense reimbursement,tax price accounting and management,benefit calculation,financial analysis andassessment. In view of expense standardization construction,this paper analyzed how to strengthen budget management andexpense standardization and so to accelerate financial management promotion.
