灯盏花素抗皮肤光老化作用机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过建立Balb/c小鼠光老化动物模型,探讨灯盏花素抗皮肤光老化作用机制,为光老化的防治及护肤品的研发提供理论依据。方法 Balb/c小鼠随机分为7组,模拟日光中UV(UVA+UVB)长期照射,建立光老化动物模型,经9周UV照射及外搽受试品后,检测各组小鼠受试部位经皮水分丢失量(TEWL)、基质金属蛋白酶1(MMP-1)的表达及细胞因子白介素1α(IL-1α)和细胞因子白介素6(IL-6)的含量。结果模型组小鼠检测的TEWL值、MMP-1表达及IL-1α、IL-6含量均明显升高(P<0.05);F组、G组小鼠检测的TEWL值、MMP-1表达及IL-1α、IL-6含量均明显降低(P<0.05);其中F组作用更明显。结论外用灯盏花素可有助于修复Balb/c小鼠光老化模型的皮肤屏障功能,下调炎症细胞因子分泌水平,抑制MMP-1表达,具有抗光老化作用。 Objective To investigate basis for prevention of photoaging and into 7 groups randomly and irradiatednine weeks of ultraviolet irradiation and topical application of breviscapin, The value of transepidermal water loss (TEWL) was measured, and the serum level of MMP-1, IL-1α, IL-6 in different experimental group were detec- ted. Results The TEWL value and the expression of MMP-1, IL-1α and IL-6 were significantly increased (P〈0. 05) in the blank group. The TEWL value and the expression of MMP-1, IL-1α and IL-6 were significantly de- creased in group F and group G (P〈0.05). Conclusion Topical application of Breviscapine have an important effect on anti-photoaging, repairing of skirl barrier function, which result from decreased exprssion of MMP-1.
