摘要
教学组织与课堂管理行为蕴藏着大量的价值教育契机,是教师传递价值观的重要方式之一。以选择学生举手发言为例,教师的选择代表其价值偏好,反映其对不同价值的理解。教师需使学生正确理解挑选过程中所体现的公正、自由、民主、友善与同情等价值观,通过对学生行为的引导使学生进行价值体验,形成正确的价值判断与价值观。为此,教师需认清价值教育在教育工作中的地位与作用,正确理解不同价值的内涵并具备反思意识,不断提升价值教育实践智慧。
In classroom, teachers not only teach the content of textbooks, but also organize and manage classroom and students which contain large quantities of value education opportunities. Let's take selecting students to answer questions as an example. Teachersj choice stands by the teachers/ understanding to justice, freedom, democracy, friendliness and synipathy. All the cherished values should be cultivated by teachers and experienced by students. Only by realizing the status and function of value education, understanding different values and improving reflective consciousness, can teachers lead students to acquire values in the whole process of teaching.
