摘要
羊绒/莫代尔混纺织物的留白染色一直是工业生产中的难题,主要问题是组分中的一组纤维会沾有一些浮色。文章采用毛用弱酸染料对莫代尔留白染色和棉毛直接染料对羊绒留白染色,通过调节p H值、染色时间、染色温度、硫酸铵用量和选用合适的防沾色剂,在保证上染百分率和色牢度的前提下,实现了留白效果,最后通过正交试验和验证实验,确定出合适的羊绒/莫代尔混纺织物留白染色工艺技术路线和工艺参数。研究结论对企业实际生产有一定的指导意义。
Sprinkly dyeing of cashmere/Modal blended fabric has been a problem in actual production. The main problem is a component of fiber would be stained loose color. To keep a component white, direct dyes or weak acid dyes was used for dyeing. By adjusting the pH value, dyeing time, dyeing temperature, ammonium sulfate dosage and appropriate anti-staining agents were studied. Through orthogonal experiments and validation experiments to determine the appropriate parameters to guaranteeing the rate and color fastness,the ideal technology for keeping a component white was gained finally. The conclusions has a certain significance on actual production.
