摘要
与传统心理学重在心理问题的诊断和治疗不同,积极心理学以使人幸福、快乐为宗旨,致力于对人积极心理品质的培养,这与高校思想政治教育对青年人的培养目标存在一致性.在积极心理学的理念指导下,以辅导员的视角来探析培育大学生积极心理的途径,可以为学生的成长成才找到新的方向.
Compared with the traditional psychology,which emphasizes the diagnosis and treatment of psychological problems,positive psychology is committed to the cultivation of the positive mental quality of the person,and the ideological and political education in universities to the cultivation of young people consistency of the target.Based on the guidance of the concept of positive psychology,this paper explores the approaches to nurturing college students＇positive psychology from the perspective of counselors,through which a new direction for students＆#39;growth and development can be found.
