重型再生障碍性贫血的治疗进展 被引量:9

Advances in the treatment of severe aplastic anemia

摘要 再生障碍性贫血(AA)是一组由化学、物理、生物因素及不明原因引起骨髓干细胞损伤及造血微环境异常,以致造血骨髓被脂肪组织代替、全血细胞减少的疾病。AA的病因学还没确定,但临床经验和实验室数据表明其最可能的机制是细胞毒性T淋巴细胞功能亢进、免疫介导的造血干/祖细胞破坏。骨髓造血细胞少于25%或至少两系造血细胞显著下降[中性粒细胞绝对计数(ANC)〈0.5×10^9/L、血小板计数〈20×10^9/L、网织红细胞绝对计数〈20×10^9/L]定义为重型AA(SAA)。SAA死因包括出血、感染、克隆演化性疾病等。
