摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的疗效。方法:82例按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各41例。两组均用司坦唑醇片及环孢素治疗,研究组加用补肾生血解毒复方治疗。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分均降低,且研究组低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。两组骨髓增生程度均改善,且研究组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平升高,且研究组高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。两组CD8^(+)水平均降低,且研究组低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。两组CD34^(+)细胞相对计数均升高,且研究组高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗CAA疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).Methods:According to the random number table method,82 cases were divided into study group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with stanozolol tablets and cyclosporine,and the study group were treated with a compound for invigorating the kidney,promoting blood,and detoxification in addition.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were reduced,and the study group was lower than the control group in the same period(P<0.05).The degree of bone marrow hyperplasia was improved in both groups,and the improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group during the same period(P<0.05).The CD8+levels of the two groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group during the same period(P<0.05).The relative counts of CD34+cells in the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group in the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a good effect on CAA.
