摘要
近年来,我国健康教育工作取得快速发展,健康教育模式也在不断更新,并被广泛应用于慢性病预防和控制领域。本文根据干预层次和实施地点将健康教育模式进行分类,并从各模式的服务人群、工作量、实施效果及患者负担等方面,比较其优缺点。指出健康教育工作者应因地制宜,选用合理有效的模式,保证健康教育活动取得最佳效果。
Recently, China's health education has made considerable development, and health education model is constantly updated, which is widely used in the field of chronic diseases prevention and control. According to different levels of intervention and implementation sites, this study classifies the health education models, and makes comparisons of their advantages and disadvantages from the service masses, workload, and implementation effect, diseases burden. Finally, it's noted that only health educators take reasonable and effective models can health educa- tion achiev the best results.
