摘要
工作面液压支架泄漏故障是威胁综采工作面"支架—围岩"稳定性的重要因素,本文先针对工作面液压支架泄漏故障的种类和原因进行分析,然后对液压支架泄漏故障与支撑力的关系展开研究,最后对液压支架泄漏故障进行了现场检测及分析,保障了支架支护系统的可靠性,降低了综放工作面"支架—围岩"系统的事故率。
By analysis of the types and causes of leakage faults in hydraulic support at working face ,the paper sets to study on the relationship between leakage faults and support force and presents the ways of guaranteeing the reliability of support system and reducing the accident rate of "support -surrounding rock" system at fully -mechanized caving face by field detection and analysis of the leakage faults .
