摘要
对液压支架泄漏故障进行有效、准确的检测是提高开机率，实现高产高效的必要条件之一。通过液压阀泄漏故障的模拟实验，提取与分析泄漏特征参量，针对目前井下对液压支架泄漏故障在监测方法和手段上存在的不足，提出液压阀泄漏故障的诊断方法和手段。
Abstract Whether or not leakage troubles of hydraulic supports are detected effectively and accurately is one of necessary conditions to raise mining cycle time and keep mining face high output and high efficiency. To counter the backwards existing in the current methods & measures of detection of leakage breakdown of hydraulic suport, the leakage character parameters are collected form analogue tests of hydraulic valve leakage. Based on the tests and related analysis, it is put forward a method and means to diagnose hydraulic valve leakage.
