摘要
采用半静态水鱼类毒性测试法,分别研究了3种典型甲氧基丙烯酸酯类农药对斑马鱼的急性毒性效应。结果表明:95%吡唑醚菌酯原药、93%嘧菌酯原药、97%啶氧菌酯原药对斑马鱼急性毒性的LC50(96 h)值分别为6.35×10-2、0.393、0.212 mg a.i./L;根据《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》(GB/T 31270.12—2014)中提出的农药毒性划分标准,95%吡唑醚菌酯原药、93%嘧菌酯原药、97%啶氧菌酯原药对斑马鱼的毒性等级依次为剧毒、高毒、高毒。
Acute toxicity study was conducted to evaluate the risk of three strobilurln funglcide on Brachydonio rerio by semi-static test. Results of acute toxicity test showed that LCs0(96 h)values of 95% pyraclostrobin technical, 93% azoxystrobin technical, 97% picoxystrobin technical were 6.35×10-2,0.393,0.212 mg 8.i./L,respectively. According to the pesticide virulence classification standard suggested by Chemical Pesticide Environmental Safety Evaluation Test Guidelines (GB/T 31270.12--2014 ), virulence of 95% pyraclostrobin technical, 93% azoxystrobin technical, 97% picoxystrobin technical on Brachydonio rerio were highly toxic, high toxic,high toxic, respectively.
