摘要 为提高薰衣草种子发芽率,研究了赤霉素和温度等外部因子对薰衣草种子萌发的影响。结果表明:赤霉素浓度和浸种时间均对薰衣草种子萌发有显著影响,发芽率和发芽势随着赤霉素浓度的增加呈先增高后降低趋势,随着浸种时间的延长而增高。300mg·L-1 GA3浸种8h最有利于提高种子发芽率,提高发芽势,缩短发芽时间,促使有活力种子发芽率达到94.77%。15℃温度环境下,薰衣草种子发芽率显著高于25℃和30℃。破除薰衣草种子休眠和促进种子发芽的较优处理方法是15℃条件下利用300mg·L-1 GA3浸种8h。 In order to increase the germination percentage of Lavandula angustifolia seed,the effect of gibberellin and temperature on regulating L. angustifolia seed dormancy was studied. The results showed that concentration of GA3 and soaking time had significant effect on seed germination. The germination potential and germination rate increased firstly and then reduced with the increaing of gibberellin concentration, increased with the longer soaking time. The seeds soaked in 300 mg. L-1 GA3 with 8 h had the highest germination rate and germination potential, and the shorted germinating time. The germination rate reached 94.77 %. Germination rate of seeds treated in the condition of 15℃ was higher than 25℃ and 30℃significantly. Soaking with 300 mg·L^-1 GAs for 8 h in the condition of 15℃ was the best method to break dormancy and accelerate germination of Lavandula angustifolia seed.
