摘要
随着工作场所中越来越多的女性担任管理者,女性领导研究逐渐成为社会学研究领域与领导研究领域的关注焦点。本文围绕女性领导研究领域中的女性领导行为风格、女性领导有效性、女性领导优势以及女性领导生涯障碍等四个研究主题进行了回顾,并在此基础上提出以往研究的不足与未来研究的方向。
With increasingly more women serving as managers, women leadership study gradually becomes one focus of sociological research and leadership research. A review of previous studies is conducted in this paper in terms of the four research topics in women leadership research field, i.e. , women leadership behavior style, women leadership effectiveness, women leadership advantage and women leadership career barriers, based on which are pointed out the limitations of the previous studies and the direction for future research.
