摘要
随着世界各国女性就业、女性参与管理的人数日渐增多,更多的理论研究者开始关注企业中的女性领导者,领导风格的性别差异问题成为这类研究的焦点之一。在知识经济时代,人们的价值观和工作观发生了根本改变,促使企业领导者的领导风格由男性为主导的专制型领导风格向女性的柔性领导风格转变,女性企业家领导风格代表了未来领导风格的发展趋势。
As more and more women are taking part in work and management,more theory researchers pay close attention to female leaders. One focus of the research is gender differences in leadership. In knowledge economy era people' s working values have changed a lot, which also makes the leadership change form male - dominated autocratic leadership to female gentle leadership- Female leadership is the mainstream pattem of leadership in future.
