摘要 被动房作为可持续建筑研究领域的重要研究对象,逐渐受到国内建筑师们的关注。以德国被动房认证标准为参考,对适宜于我国"被动房"住宅能耗计算时长的划分标准进行研究,该划分标准以我国寒冷地区气候特征作为根本依据,从"舒适"与"健康"两个角度进行划分指标的设定,以此建立了我国寒冷地区"被动房"住宅能耗计算时长的划分标准,最后以天津市为例进行了建筑用能时长的对比分析。 It has been deeply concerned by the architects since the passive house was thought to be a critical way to develop sustainable architecture. The paper mainly studies the time division standard for energy consumption calculation of residential building, in the process of researching on Certification Standards of German passive house practicing in China. The division standard based on the climate characteristics of cold region in China, sets the indicators divided from two aspects: comfort and health. The paper taking Tianjin as an example carries out the comparative analysis on the time of building energy consumption,
