摘要
在基坑开挖中,对基坑支护结构、基坑周围的土体和相邻的构筑物及周边环境进行综合、系统的监测分析,才能对工程情况有深入的了解,确保工程顺利进行。结合五邑大学北区教学主楼的工程实际,对基坑周边建筑物、建筑物裂缝及坑外地下水监测的结果进行整理并分析,研究表明:基坑开挖对周围建筑物的影响较小,均在控制范围以内。
In excavation of foundation pit, the bracing, surrounding soil mass, adjacent structures and the neighboring environment was monitored and then analyzed comprehensively and systematically so as to understand the engineering condition and ensure the successful construction. Combined with the engineering practice at the main school building in the northern campus of Wuyi University, the results of monitoring on the structures around the foundation pit, building cracks and groundwater outside the pit are sorted and analyzed, which show that excavation of foundation pit may have little influence on the surrounding structures, and the influences are all under control.
