加味建瓴汤对具有胰岛素抵抗的高血压患者的临床疗效 被引量:5

摘要 目的:对加味建瓴汤在具有胰岛素抵抗的高血压患者治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法:选取于我院就诊的160例具有胰岛素抵抗的高血压患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予加味建瓴汤治疗,观察治疗前后患者血压、空腹血糖及空腹胰岛素水平,并对患者的胰岛素敏感指数进行统计分析。结果:治疗后观察组及对照组患者的高血压情况均得到明显改善(P<0.05),血糖情况未见明显变化(P>0.05);治疗前患者空腹胰岛素水平明显升高,同时伴有胰岛素敏感指数显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组空腹胰岛素水平下降,胰岛素敏感指数得到明显改善(P<0.05);对照组两项指标未见明显改善(P>0.05)。结论:加味建瓴汤对于高血压患者的胰岛素抵抗具有明显的治疗效果,对预防高血压患者再发糖尿病及其他疾病具有重要临床意义。 Objective: To built Ling flavored soup in clinical treatment of hypertension patients with insulin resistance were discussed and the evaluation results.Methods: Selected from our hospital treated 160 cases of hypertension patients with insulin resistance, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases in each group, control group given nifedipine retard-20 tablet foundation treatment, the observation group in the control group given Ling soup flavored built on the basis of treatment, patients were observed before and after treatment of blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin levels, and insulin sensitive index of patients were analyzed.Results: The observation group and control group after treatment in patients with high blood pressure also have improved significantly (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Building Ling flavored soup for patients with high blood pressure has obvious therapeutic effect of insulin resistance and to prevent recurrence of diabetes hypertension patients has important clinical significance, and other related diseases.
